Led by Liz of Mystic Sister, a sacred songstress and experienced medicine woman, this singing circle offers a safe and supportive space for women to express themselves, gather in sacred community with other sisters, and find inner peace.

Whether you're a seasoned singer or have never sung in a group before, this circle welcomes all levels of experience. Come as you are and let your voice soar in the company of other mystic sisters. We will begin with an opening circle, serving Mystic Sister Apothecary's sacred blue lotus Womb Tea, and complete the night with a closing/sharing circle.

Mystic Sister (Liz) is a medicine woman, sacred songstress and sound healer, transformational guide and lotus tea alchemist. She has over a decade of experience hosting moon circles, events, and guiding others through transformational and spiritual journeys. She is a plant medicine carrier and integration coach and specializes in assisting people through spiritual rebirth journeys. Your Hostesses:

Mystic Sister is a spiritual guide, Hebrew priestess, musician, rebirth doula and lotus tea alchemist. She serves as a facilitator of mystical experiences through sound and music, vocal activation, plant medicine, shamanic journeying and communing with the Goddess. She is trained as a spiritual director, psychospiritual and psychedelic integration coach, Cosmic Sexuality guide, sound reiki practitioner, along with many other healing modalities. She has over 13 years of experience working with plant medicines and facilitating rituals and ceremonies for others. Visiting BC for just a short time, she is bringing her magical blue lotus teas from the Mystic Sister Apothecary.

Brittany accompanies you through healing journeys to become aligned with the most empowered and loving version of yourself. She is an energy healer, bodyworker, embodied movement facilitator and ceremony space holder. With plant medicine spirits as allies by her side, Brittany illuminates the vulnerable and intensive process of healing.

🪷 Why Blue Lotus? 🪷

Blue Lotus is a sacred plant that has been used in traditional medicine since ancient Egyptian times. It is a natural aphrodisiac, sleep aid, and anxiety reliever. Blue Lotus can aid in lucid dreaming and help us unlock and access parts of our subconscious minds that we normally only reach through our dreams. The flower represents death, rebirth, and the light of the sun, symbolizing the lotus’s journey from the mud (our shadows) and up into the sun (our light).

We will serve a beautiful blend of Divini-Teas Dreaming Tea, made specially by Mystic Sister Apothecary, designed to bring you into the cosmic dreamworld and support you through your journey. Our tea blend will be available for purchase at the event for those who wish to continue journeying with the blue lotus at home!

You will be guided through a shamanic drum journey to open the energy of the blue lotus, followed by a cosmic sound bath by Mystic Sister using a variety of instruments including (but not limited to) crystal bowls, chimes, shruti box, kora (African harp), gong, guitar, tuning forks, rattles and more!

Now more than ever, is the time for women to gather together, celebrate and support one another. You are invited to join me in the Diamante Valley this Sunday, April 30th for Mystic Sister’s ✨💒🔮🩸 Cosmic Womb Temple 🩸🔮💒✨, an immersive sound + ecstatic dance ritual experience - and my birthday party!

On the eve of Beltane (the halfway point between the Spring equinox and Summer solstice) and in the middle of this powerful lunar + solar eclipse portal, this time can be used as a potent gateway for releasing and rebirth.

We will open the portal in circle, sharing the heart-opening medicine of cacao and setting intentions. You will then lay back to be guided through a shamanic drum journey back into the Cosmic Womb of the Great Mother, the Void where all life begins and ends. Here we will shed the old and prepare to meet our new selves, slowly emerging from the womb and taking our first steps into an immersive ecstatic dance set (DJ’ed by the ethereal Precilia). Through movement, we will play with the shadows of darkness and light, death and birth, and the five elements as we dance our way through our individual and collective rebirth and back to wholeness. The journey will conclude with a celestial soundbath to integrate our experience featuring crystal bowls, chimes, harp, bells, angelic song and more.

Following, you are invited to join a closing ritual to symbolically release your old self into the sacred fire, where the re-birth-day celebrations will continue.

Not a football fan? Or just in need of a restorative healing space to integrate last week’s intense full moon energies? Join me this Sunday, February 12th for Super Sound Bowl Sunday, a soundbath and healing circle - no footballs involved (but there will be a half-time gong show!)

We will be led through a guided drum journey followed by a restorative soundbath using crystal and tibetan bowls, shruti box, chimes, gong, guitar and vocals, and various percussion instruments. We will journey together through sound and vibration and then gather after in a sharing healing circle to integrate our experiences.

The journey will run from 6-7:30pm at a private location near Queen and Dufferin. Space is limited, so please RSVP to join! Exact address will be shared once your spot is confirmed. It is recommended to bring with you a yoga mat, comfy clothes, shawl or blanket, eye mask, and journal/pen.
